it's rememberence day!

Well last night was pretty good. but my original bus idea didn't go well at all. i should have called the met. anyway drove right past us. so we spent the next hour or so chasing the correct trams, (not being a tram user myself made for a "blind leading the blind" literally yes). So I kinda felt helpless and kept saying to J "don't tell Dawson" Lol! but Jenna and Brad were lovely. Jenna was quiet, and Brad really started talkin when we got settled down to eat! he cracked me up!
So going back J and B got out of tram at Flinders and we (M, C and I) continued to Boxhill where we got out and were on our own obviously. We successfully made our way to the station (yeah for emty shoppingcentres. can not navigate my way through them otherwise), ended up catching the train to blackie, and i walked home while M went to C's and caught cab from there. so got back around 11.45. And course I'd told J to give me a call if she'd wanted to go out again. today she's at VA but I might try her tonight anyway. they were cool.
OK now I am disgusted at some people. .. I mean I've already spoken a tad about the occasional trolls on my LJ in the past (former friends who could never talk directly to me), that's all OK. that's one thing, but I was made aware of kaliness from getofflj and my gosh I just can't believe what I was reading! Her LJ would have to have made the record for having the most anonymous comments to it. every post she has written (so far that I've read) is full of trolls belittling her and just putting her down. She obviously rubbed someone up the wrong way, but man; this is just like that Doctor Phil repeat I saw the other day about cyber bullies.
I wonder how one can get so many random idiots? she's got neopets listed. haven't been to it yet but I presume there's a message board on there in which she pissed people off. It's crazy! People certainly love bullying! they can be so cruel!
she got another journal now, but she could and should have blocked anonymous commenters!
I always say I'd never do that with mine because I have readers not from LJ and I won't spoil it for them. and the amount of anonymous idiots I get really isn't many at all. ah well.
Yes, it will be said, I like reading drama but of course not to the extent someone is getting hurt repeatedly when they've done nothing at all to provoke it.
ah also, this morning i read on aussielj that Rove's wife passed away from Cancer. sooo sad; she was sooo young! only 32! poor Rove!
I confess I hadn't heard of actress Belinda Emmett, but R.I.P B.E.
