OK, as promised in "Enchanter"'s comment reply, I will now give you my weatherforecast for the world! .. haha yeah right, but it was a funny call! thanks Enchanter!
Only my nose cand detect rain within an hour or two, and sometimes my eyes too but that doesn't count I don't think, as it's the same with everyone, damn!!!
Well my arm no longer hurts, but I am trying to stay calm. Why I couldn't jus stick to me women, I don't know! Lol hahaha!
Well I finally got my roadrunner talking bible today. It only took about a month and they didn't even start sending it from Washington til last week!
Anyway it is totally funky!
OK first let me tell you about my cane adventure! Well Heartly is having her holiday with my parents, but I got a note to say my parcel was at the office, so I decided, I couldn't wait til i got Heartly back tonight; just had to get it now!! so yeah this morning I went around the corner. i have never done it with a cane before so it was all so new! man, working with a guide dog is sooo much better I find! with a cane I was bumping into all sorts of things, and I feel like I can't walk straight.
anyway I asked a guy at the lights where exactly the news agents was as I wasn't quite sure. so as he was walking that way he pointed it out. Only across the road and down a few shops; past butchers, greengrocers, etc. anyway I showed the girl there my notice and she gave me a box. I got home with a lot of difficulty. Cos the corner is a funny one and I had trouble turning at the right angle, and believe it or not, someone had to help me! I was sooo embarrassed, as I always am! :(
anyway I got to the drive here and was walking up, listening out for my radio that I had left on, as without Heartly I haven't learnt to landmark my house, (how slack!) It took me a little bit of walking up and down before I picked up my music. So yeah, that was that! :( must learn to do all this properly with a cane!
anyway after a little bother, I ripped the box open and grabbed out the roadrunner, the headphones and the instruction cassette. I listened to the tape and plugged the het set in. and wow, it worked! fortunately they already come with batteries installed. anyway the tape was a real dodgy recording, and a guy from the speak To Me would occasionally record over the instructions to give extra ones or to provide their own worentee information, etc.
anyway, the thing is cool! It has no speaker so it has to be used by headphones. I think this should be changed, but maybe it will in future versions. It is, as it says on the site, about the size of a cassette tape. It's got like a telephone keypad on the front and each button performs up to three functions. It uses the doubletalk speech and begins with the users guide and then the 66 books of the bible!
It is so flexible. ya can have as many bookmarks in as many places throughout, ya can search for book, chapter or verse, wow, it's soo cool!
Once I figure out how to use it completely I might do a review of it for Main Menu (if they are happy with what I come up with).
I was listening to the users guide, and jenisus (excuse spelling) while I was having my late breakfast. oh btw, you can spell any word/name. you can change the voices, the pitch, speed and volume and everything else as with a puter doubletalk. it is way cool!
anyway speaking of breakfast, I had the liddels milk for the first time! and it was actually really good. It was confirmed yesterday that I am now lactose intollerent, so the doc suggested this milk and I haven't suffered so it definitely works for me! it's not soy. couldn't get use to soy! tried heaps of brands!
Anyway after the doctors yesterday took Heartly to the vet then Mum came shopping with me. got my weeks supply again then came home, watched neighbours and chatted on msn.
I am going to do my dishes and then start my work. We're having a dibate in class tomorrow about aboriginal land rights and I am one of the environmentalists. Good luck; all; you have a fight on your hands! ... not! .. I wish but I am not comprehending this topic very well. If I were in control well, ... I wouldn't have picked this one. anyway, told ya bout that.
Until next time, catch!
PS. speaking of that, I use to enjoy reading this online diary. it was like this ongoing soapy starring a girl called "Vallery" and she'd write at the end of each entry "until next time, V" and then later I found the diary of Zach (for the guys). It was a part of some online US magazine which the name of escapes me! anyway they seemed to have stopped it much to my annoyance! I wonder if anyone would know what I'm on about. The diaries use to be updated every seven days!

Thanks!

Thanks for that wonderful weather update, sponsored by Afrin nose spray! Oh, and didn't the ticking sound coming from your box package kinda scare you?
Also, you suffer from lactose intolerance, eh? I have to deal with acid reflux. aaarrrggghhh!!!!

Rachel! I used to be lactose intolerant too... it was sooo annoying! But I took these lactade pills before I ate anything dairy and they worked pretty well for the most part. And if you like almonds, there's this really yummy almond milk they have in some stores that's delicious and dairy-free!

I'm on-and-off lactose intolerant as well. As for lactose-free milk, have you tried rice milk, or almond milk? Also, try a lot of different brands of soy, as each one has its own flavor. Some of them are pretty chalky and nasty, but the same goes for rice & almond. The flavored ones (vanilla, chocolate, carob, etc) are usually pretty good.
Why's Heartly on holiday? Did she get sick, or is she just stressed out from something?

Hi Fledtchen,
well this Liddels milk is awesome! it pretty much tastes like the milk I was use too. I hate soy, but haven't tried all of them, no.
yes it's weird. I only became intolerent tof lactose earlier this year. I was absolutely fine before that!
Oh and Heartly goes to my parents house a lot as they love her to bits and I don't work her as often as I use too. I don't like her being bored in this small unit. She loves the quarter of an achor of backyard she had access to all the time before. she loves her grandparents as well.
Cheers! :)
