molly80 s post that just triggered my memory, I only got the plextal daisy player the other day cos of my putting my name down late last year to trial one; d'eu :P - stupid of the week! so good old VA, sorry! Lol anyway, as I didn't comment much about it i should now! it's awesome! the manual seems like it's synthetic speech but one can change the rate, pitch and tone!
Since people who have done trials in past have been able to keep their stuff, I could prob keep this, yeah! I just need to start getting some daisy CDs!
it would have been perfect for school - navigating by page and everything and creating bookmarks!
The buttons are different shapes to make them easier to differentiate I'd say! anyway, it rocks! now to get some Daisy content.
Work is going well. I am doing everything on my own, asking a bit still though.
D showed me where this juice place is and it has awesome chicken sushi rolls, so been having them for something different for lunch, followed by a dessert I pick up at the bakery near SY station in the morning.
