Well, today was probably more how I'd like to spend a sunday. I got up when I wanted (around 8.30 once I had heard the 3AW news), jumped on the puter for a while, spoke on msn, including arranging some U.K stuff with miss LouLou! yeah! 71 days til I leave! I also wrote to B to see whether my chosen dates suit her, and they seem too, so tomorrow I'll be on the hunt for cheap flights.
As per usual when I ask em something, good old melbournemaniac prooved very benefitial in asking them about such flights! I tell ya, us Melbournians would appear very widely travelled! :) so, I plan to go through the comments again tomorrow and in turn, have a look at some web sites and see if I can find meself a good deal!
and, I found out that the sudden cause of the Peter Combe mania was a Mister loscha obtaining some tickets for himself, his lovely Miss M, the Jess', maybe a couple of others, and myself. Upon my saying how I'd love to go, he said he would be able to go in and pick up some tickets for me. so that will be good! I loved Peter Combe when I was little - had downloaded a few of his tracks on here which I sent to Jess' and Loscha today! anyway this is at the Corner hotel and at 7.30 at night! I'm now wondering what sort of a time slot that is for children, or is it, some sort of adult show or something? .. didn't question it before!
I then went out with Anita, originally it was going to be for coffee (not me, but hot chocolate or something) but it ended up being lunch for both of us. She picked me up in her huge campervan (since it was raining. yes, quite a bit of rain over the weekend!)
anyway, we went to Pumpkins and had a great chat. then I came home.
then it was arranged I may go to parents for tea. It was done via, firstly talking to ang on msn (who rarely shows up on there now. then dad took over, and he said it was his first time of using msn. "first time for everything" I replied!
so Nan came about four (after spending some time with my little cousins as it's Cae's b/day in a few days!)
We had chicken schnitcel tonight, then Mum, Ang and I watched BigBrother! very cool: Cruise (from the white room) finally pressed the red button to leave after being offerd $750. Hayley and Andrew got to reveal their relationship, as well as Billy revealing why he entered the house!
First nominations tomorrow! TJ and Kate may well be up first!
Oh, no work this week. will be my third week off since February - not bad really for my part-time status! Looking forward of course to my pay this week, cos it will indeed include those 2.5 extra hours I worked for those seven days! :)

the peter combe gig is 18 plus. It is in a place that serves alcohol. The idea is that it is to get drunk people singing along or something.

No worries getting you a ticket, like I said.

I wonder if I can "accompany" you so you get in for free?

hey well, I was just thinking, since I will obviously be having wednesday off, maybe I could come with you and I could see if they have consession prices ya know?
and, wow, different! does that mean he'll be singing all our favourites? and, can we meet him? and and and .. you won't be getting drunk now will you? Lol Lol :)

he'll be doing an adults only show at the corner hotel on the 21st. at least, that's the one I'm hoping to go too! :) it's mainly for people to get .. ya know .. wasted and sing along :) Lol
