My pride and Joy

rdfreakWell, as I was saying to Mum this morning, I am definitely falling for Joy, big time! She just reminds me of Heartly when I first got her; very cheaky and always, constantly wagging her little tail, even when she eats!
She is just a delight. she's extremely playful; always ready for a rompse.
Actually it was funny; last night, Kerry (the night time supervisor) heard all this commotion coming from the TV room. She'd thought my dog was attacking me so she of course came to investigate; we were just cuddling and playing on the floor!
J called me last night to find out how it was all going, so was great to talk to her; indeed someone who's been through the mixed emotions transitioning from first to second dog guide.
I just groomed Joy, and am obviously using this puter (with jaws 9) in my spare time. I've given her some obedience up and down the corridore and we are waiting for the others to come back from their walk as they have appointments to go to this afternoon. It's going to be another hot one today, though hopefully not as bad.
So for now, that's about all. Joy had a very good sleep last night, as did I.

P.S. I'm happy as Heartly is very happy too (she was out in the garden with Mum early this morning; that's all I can hope for.
