Meatloaf in oven

Meatloaf is now in the oven with foil over the top.
I actually had trouble finding a loaftin; Safeway didn't have them so luckily found one in the two buck shop.
And also, i'm pleased to say Joy was perfect that time around, even with my dragging my geap behind me.
Easy recipe to make, though I did make a bit of a mess! It sure takes less dishes than the pastabake though.
I'm so glad that I'm getting so much more confident with cooking and trying out new things.
Anyway can't wait to try it; thecrazykiwi said she really enjoyed it. :)
So at 5.03 I take the foil off the top and cook it for an extra fifteen minutes or so; coolies huh?! :)

yeh our one doesn't always have everything, but after the renos, the store will be a lot bigger so should surely have them.
It's smelling good! :) Will let ya know how it tastes; got another fifteen mins to go. :)

ah, that sounds nice! :) yeh my tummy is grumbling while I wait for the top to become crusty.
