May. 6th, 2005 06:19 pmWell I am tired. this morning I was still in bed when Miss JH arrived. Lol so had to leave her alone while I had a shower and got ready. Mum and dad picked us both up and we went to the church. It was a really nice service. I mean really a wonderful celebration of his life. And we were all lucky enough to get a seat. everyone was standing and packed out the door. he was certainly very very popular! Apparently there were 40 teachers there from his school and principal who gave a really nice speech as well as his brother.
At the start, the organ was playing a couple of songs from sound of music and other really nice stuff. And the celebrent was a family friend and he really put a lot of jokes in and made us laugh a bit! It was just really nice. but in the end most were crying as we they could see the coffin and slides up on the wall representing a lot of his life! I was nearly crying!
Then I saw G and G (who hadn't seen since I was a kid! wow! :) that was nice. and yeah. then we left after some refreshments and a chat. Dad dropped Mum and I at home then he left for work. then after some lunch and that, Mum and I went back to their house! had a good chat. Milos came back as well. Mum was yackin to the olds as I was with the boys but then, after a few hours I went into see where Mum was at and we left. We stayed there for about five hours. then we went to Mackers here and Mum dropped me back, and I could finally change out of my pants shirt and high shoes! Well I'm so tired! I'm kinda feeling drained now. didn't take my zoloft this morning. I was sad when I heard a few things mentioned in the funeral like the coffin and stuff, but I was happy that it would have been something he would have been proud of, the displays of all his achievements and the love and committment he showed to his friends and family and all that liked him.
I feel sorrry for Anne. She's such a lovely person! I wanna definitely try and see her more
Well that's about all for now. bout to have a drink of water and watch Neighbours.
R.I.P. I.B. and trust me, I'll always remember ya and love ya (as so many many will! :) and, as the final song played on the organ this afternoon, "We'll meet again!" We will and that will be magic when we will all meet once more!
