So I did this before on cassette! I so want to be a news reader.

Well done Rachel. That was very good. Very clear and confident - story always moving forward so I was engaged to listen. Good high centre of gravity so you had a good authority and I therefore felt I SHOULD listen to you. And VERY confident. Excellent.

Only twice did you mis-pronounce words so that they didn't make sense. That's a listening (to yourself issue). They may have been typos but even so we need to listen so we always make sense. Not big issues though - BUT that's the next step.

Top stuff!! Liked your effort to present it as a news bulletin. It was interesting to compare your delivery against the other reporters. You scrubbed up OK. Well done'.

well yeh I'm doing the TV presenters course. was going to do an acting course, but thee prospects of blind actors are unfortunately not too great. anyway the site is http://www.rehearsalroom.com. am learning a lot actually.
