I had a lot more to say, but that will have to wait.
This is a quick entry before i leave for singing to say that I've heard so much about this Apple iphone that I am going to try it.
I'm hoping they will have them at the optus shop at forestHill, if not, I will need to go to the apple store at Chadston.
If I fall in love with it, I'll sell my KNFB reader of course. I heard there was an application whereby, we take a picture, then send it to a server to have it translated back into text.
Anyway more later. But hope they have em.
And now off i go to singing.

Re: IPhones
Date: 2009-08-02 06:31 am (UTC)From the little I have bothered to use the KNFB reader to date, I just find I can't get the accuracy.
Also I just don't like the N82 really. it would be a bit better if we were able to take that rubber casing off, but we can't for the sake of KNFB reader. Also, it's harder to find things than with my 6120 classic. there's sub after sub after sub menu, and, for some reason, I find sometimes I am able to go down menues using the down arrow, while other times, I have to go left/right arrow within the same menus. There's prob a setting I can change, but again, I'd be damned if I can find it, Lol
I'm just being picky, but as I said before, i just want to be able to get to where I want to go quickly.
Cheers!
